The technician was friendly and very knowledgable about computers and what I needed. I ended up with a new power supply and increased my RAM on my system, I am very happy with the results and will use them again.

Jim is always punctual, does excellent work and tells you how much his charges will be before he starts. I have never had a complaint about his work.
