Service person came within 3 hours of initial call. He began working and fixed the problem with thee door in about 20 minutes. He did point out what could become an issue down the road. He was prompt, polite, efficient. Very satisfied.

The guy came the same day we called.  He was working under extremely hot conditions--it's HOT in south Texas in August. The job was done pretty quickly.  No complaints.  Would use this company again.

The automatic garage door opener thing wouldn't work. It would go up and down and up and down. It turned out, it was the spring. I just loved that guy. He was so good. It was not really expensive.

Javier was very quick and door is working great.  Was fixed through home warranty and not found through Angies List.

Beautifully.  He had it complete in 1/2 hour.  Looked like he replaced springs 100's of  times already.  Very efficient.  Price was right and the service was terrific. I highly recommend them.

The work went well except he had to come back to reprogram the opener because he didn't replace the screws in the unit. I paid extra for that.

-Alamo Door folks were very professional. A couple of years earlier they had repaired the old wooden door but told me it would need to be replaced soon. They offered to try again but we decided to make the change. They tried to save what could be saved but were careful not to use anything that was not in top shape. I appreciated their candor and honesty in what would work and what wouldn't. They attempted to salvage the old opener but it was damaged to the point it was more economical to buy new. All went smoothly and professionally.

The technician called before arriving and it was a day earlier than I expected. He worked quickly and efficiently tanking about 1 hour from start to finish.

The door is working great and I will call them again if I need any work on my garage door.

The spring broke Friday night at 11 pm. I was unable to find a garage door repair company open on a holiday weekend. I have a three car garage home and was able to open the other door. I called Alamo first thing Tuesday morning and the repair men showed up at 3 pm and was done by 4pm. He did a great job.
