The job wasn't completed properly to begin with. So they had to come back. They sent out two technicians. They were in professional uniforms. I'm stuck with them.

I began asking for quotes to replace our system and found Advill Air Conditioning to be the most congenial of all vendors. Mr. Villarreal  explained our options, the pros and cons of those choices, the different costs associated with those choices, and patiently answered any additional questions we asked. I sought quotes from four vendors, one of which had performed service on our old system three times during the past seven years. That vendor, however, never submitted a quote after coming to our home even though I called three weeks later to remind them I was preparing to make my decision and would like to be able to consider them. I lean strongly toward the philosophy of throwing out the high and low quotes, thus choosing the middle price. Ratings for Advill Air Conditioning on Angie's List also influenced my decision. I am pleased to report that the quote Mr. Villarreal and I agreed upon was without hidden surprises. His crew arrived as scheduled, provided two window a/c units to keep us cool during the all day job of completely changing our system from split to packaged. The old air handler was removed, a floor installed in the space it previously occupied, the old compressor was removed along with connecting hardware, the new system was installed, additional ducts for a couple of added rooms were installed, and a new air return duct was installed. All indoor debris was vacuumed and outdoor debris raked and removed. The installation crew was extremely polite and skillful. I am impressed with the quality of the work performed along with the quality of the equipment installed. I gladly endorse Advill Air Conditioning and will choose them again.

They were very professional and came out to look at the old unit and determined that it needed to be replaced. They worked up a deal and did not charge me for the service call. They came back and replaced the unit for me. It was a really good job. I have used them before and other companies. The others companies were not as meticulous. When they finished the work they cleaned up, just to make everything was right. They were on time. They had to order it but got it as quickly as possible.

I am on a maintenance plan with them. They installed my air conditioner 10 years ago and keep it running. Their professionalism and knowledge is excellent; I will use them again in the future.

We like them.  We are really fine using them.  They are going to be there at the time they tell you they are going to be there.  They are just very polite, very kind and very reliable.  They are good.

Very expensive, but professional and on-time service.  We would use this company again.

The Advill A/C representative came the day we called and returned on the day/time he said he would. 

The AC was installed while we were out of town - about 2 weeks. On our return, the work was completed and cleaned up and we had a cool, tight house. Couldn't be better.

This is the ONLY company in the Harlingen area that understands the air conditioning requirements of an ICF (insulating concrete forms) house. Until we got their name from a local builder of ICF homes, we were told our system was underpowered, our ducts were wrong and a bunch of other stories. Advill Air Conditioning did a computerized assessment of our system and found that we only needed some minor adjustments to our ducts. Last week we had water leaking from the unit. We found it at about 8 PM. I called thinking I'd just leave a message for them to get back to me the next day. They called back that night! Advill Air Conditioning was at my home before 10 AM the next day. We had a blocked pipe. They unblocked the pipe and checked the rest of the system. They suggested we purchase a service contract with them and applied the charge for the service call toward the contract. It was only a few dollars more for the contract than the service call and it includes another visit to check everything out in the Fall. I am very happy to have found a local company that is professional, comes when they say they will and isn't out to squeeze every penny from the consumer.
