Paid $99 to get a (required) roof inspection for a VA loan. He sealed what was leaking and explained WHY it was leaking. Contractor was very professional, listened to my concerns, and addressed each one. Was very thorough about the roofing process and even helped me understand what my VA appraiser was looking for. Also gave me a quote 1k less than any others so far. Very professional and courteous.

Everything was 100% done in one day. They did a very good job. We didn't find nails. They cleaned well. They provided great advice throughout the whole process. We upgraded during the replacements and were very pleased with that. They communicated the whole process with us well. They checked in with us before, during, and after. It was a very complete job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

The crew from Vertical Roofing arrived right on time and had all the old roofing torn off quickly. They then applied new under layment and had the shingles up on the roof before they ever stopped to take a break. Most roofers that I have seen drop the shingle bundles from shoulder height, but not this crew! When they started putting the shingles on, they were fast and efficient. Each shingle has 6 nails instead of 4 like most companies use. We had a new roof several years ago and had problems with a leak at the fireplace. Vertical Roofing paid particular attention to that area to be sure there wasn't a leak in the future. After the men finished, they cleaned up and did a fantastic job of that as well. There was no trash left behind and the patio and drive were carefully swept clean. The yard around the house was swept for nails with a large magnet several times.
We would definitely use Vertical Roofing again. Great crew. Great job.
