Appliance Repair
It went very well. It happened around the 4th of July and there was some problem with the supply houses being closed so it delayed the repair. I thought the repair took longer than it should have so I'm biased. I don't feel the communication was great but it was around the holidays. I didn't have too much tolerance because my refrigerator was out; it was bad timing for my refrigerator to go out.

He was prompt, even a littler earlier than we expected but within his stated time, and not excited about our terrier mix dog who barks at every stranger that enters our door. He handled the dog well so that the barking stopped and he proceeded to repair our 10 year old washing machine. Then he gave us a slight discount on labor because we had used his services before but we did not remember that.
