 + -1 moreWhen we were notified that the house would be vacant but still rented by the tenants as if it was a storage facility instead a house we asked that Tri_City PM have some kind of plan on how the house would be maintained during the 12 months the house was sitting empty. We feel they didn't meet what was promised by the original general manager on what the quality and service that Tri-City is to provide. The current general manager is not familiar with property management and was not meeting any basic standards in our opinion.
Description of Work: Tri-City rented our house out to a Major and his foreign wife. They did not collect any information on both renters, only on the servicemember. They were aware from the beginning that the house would be left vacant by the renters and was just storing their items in our house for 12 months husband delpoyed and the wife went back to Europe after 3 months in the house. There was absolutely no contingency placed on the renters for leaving the house vacant during the 12 months they were not living there. Our house was a storage area. Secondly, Tri-City did nothing for the us, every decision was for the comfort or convienence of the renter, nothing was done to ensure that the homeowner was taken care of. Tri-City switched Mangement and when they switched management there was a significant decline in their professionalism and ensuring that paperwork and items were taken care of. We have thousands of dollars in damage that the renters incurred, but this could have been partially avoided if tri-city would have done their job.
