They came out when they said they would and got the trees trimmed away from house and cleaned up all the limbs and took them away.

I am out of town so I messaged Haley via Angie's List .... and she responded quickly and went to the house and provided estimate.  The crew came out a few days later and did a great job.  Price was very fair.

Overall project went well, crew was polite and responsive. They work with a verbal agreement and a handshake. In retrospect I would probably want a written work order, (they offered that) although I did not really have any issues or misunderstandings. I think there could be closer supervision of the work crew by the owners.

This company did a great job. They showed up ready to work on Friday afternoon. They cut down 12 trees and cleaned up after themselves. They returned on Monday with a stump grinder to finish the job. I was impressed not only with the job, but with the fact that even after they were paid(on Friday), they returned and finished the job on Monday like they said they would. They also offer a military and senior discount and were the lowest quote. I'm impressed and will use this company again.

We called this company again because they had provided tree service several years ago and we were very happy with the work they did back then.  They came out for the estimate in a timely manner.   They showed up on the day planned with five men and showed up on time.  We have a lot of trees: 4 huge ones in the back, plus the palm, 8 big ones in the front.  They brought in the equipment needed to do the job:  a very large cherry picker, wood chipper and trailers to haul off the large pieces.  The workers were all friendly, polite and concerned that they were doing a good job and they cleaned up after themselves.  They all had and used safety equipment, hard hats, safety belts, etc.   At the start I thought the price was a little high but then again, wages for 5 people for two days, insurance, equipment and maintenance cost for the owner plus wages for his daughter that is doing the estimates, checking on the crews and checking to make sure the customer is happy throughout the day, in the end was probably about right.  I was a bit concerned that when Haley did the estimate, she didn’t write anything down; however, she did take pictures of the trees to be removed.  I asked her to reconfirm the work to be performed in writing.  After a few days when it didn’t come, I sent them an e-mail with my understanding of the work.  They responded timely with a re-write of my information adding in an item that I had forgotten.   Through the course of removing the large tree near the side of the house they accidently dropped a branch on the gutter and dented it a bit.  I was disappointed they didn’t say anything to me, but rather waited to see if I would notice it.  When I did, they straightened it out some, but there was no volunteering to get it fixed or even an apology that it had happened.  Fortunately we have some left over paint for the gutters that we can touch up the area were the paint was scraped off.  Overall, yes we would hire them in the future and recommend them to others.

sfactoryoutck ofcThe apparent owner came and gave me an estimate.  I accepted and he said I was scheduled for the following Tuesday AM.  However, he didn't show up until Friday of the same week (this was not a major issue in that the situation had been growing worse for years).  Once here he arrived with a four-man crew and a wood chipper which fed the residue into the back of the truck, which he hauled off when he left.The whole crew was very efficient and professional.They even picked up the leaves shed by big branches being dragged from the backyard to the street.  They were in and out in about 45 minutes.  I thought that the price was a little high, but considering the trucks, chipper, cutting tools, and the four-man crew, it was worth it.  At least I won't have to redo an unsatisfactory job because they did it right the first time.

On the day of the estimate I had three offers from different providers, all three arrived at the same time.  This provider was the lower offer and look more professional than the others.  On the day of the job he arrived he arrived with a sufficient personnel to do the job.  They removed the oak tree and the other tree, shredded the branches, and grinded the stumps.  At the end of the day it look like nothing had happened on my back yard.

Called for a bid and they came the next day.  Very polite and professional.  Called them back to accept bid.  Asked them for insurance proof and bonding.  This was provided when they came that afternoon to do the job.  Stump grinding is included but will have to wait due to stump grinder down for repair.  Will review again when this is completed.  Having owned a tree service in Washington State in the 80's, I understood the delay...I used to be the "brushy" and run the grinder for my husband.  Crew was very careful and did a great job.  Needed to drop an internet cable but worked around the power cables.  When finished, all cleanup completed, cable line was secured and they even asked the neighbors if they were satisfied with trimming away from their home and cleanup of any debris in their yard.  Neighbors were very happy....as are we.  Before they finished, they noted another tree with limbs on our roof and trimmed them away too...no charge.  Also cut away a large dead limb from another tree, as it was in danger of breaking away and falling toward the house....no charge.  Everything was hauled away but the sawdust! (We were given a substantial senior discount).

Great! Very well done. I am going to use them again.

I was extremely happy with these fellas, they removed a huge silver ash tree, which was in my front yard and chopped up the wood  in small enough pieces for my fireplace, then stacked it where I wanted it.(which was awesome) They ground the stump and removed all debris and primed yard with black rich dirt to encourage grass growth. You wouldn't even know they were here other than tree is missing,wow their cleanup was great!!!!! I also got military Discount. Would seriously hire these fellas again in a heartbeat. very pleased.

They honored my children's military discounts.  They were here from 6:45 this morning and worked their butts off all through the morning.  They were very honest and did a great job.  They also cleaned up after themselves very well including cleaning the street. 

Overall, they were excellent. I was impressed with how good of a job they did.

When they got done, you would not have known that anyone was here. They did an excellent job with cleanup. That's the main reason why my neighbor called them to get their tree trimmed.
