I found out that the lawn should be aerated before laying gypsum pellets for maximum effectiveness, so I messaged Mr. Stevens to see if he could remove some of the thatch and aerate the lawn prior to spreading the gypsum. He replied that he does not have the equipment to aerate. He also said that my lawn would require too much time for him right now. So he never came to do the lawn at all. If you are looking for someone to mow and trim, you could give him a try. If you are looking for a lawn care company, this company is not currently doing it.
Description of Work: Mr. Stevens came out to give me an estimate for services. He told me that he is currently going to school so his time is limited. He said that he would do whatever I told him to do. He doesn't evaluate your lawn. He gave me a price for his service. We agreed that he would come to trim lawn and hedges and spread gypsum pellets for the lawn on the following Thursday.
