Rick's Painting Service

Rick did not do the paint job on my furniture correctly the first time so I asked him to re-do it. He now has had my furniture in his possession for almost two months and will not bring it back to me or return my calls. I wanted to have it back this week because my daughter was coming to visit, but when I called, one of his workers said Rick is out of town. I have contacted the police and Officer Williams of Harker Heights is helping. Rick will not return my calls. I have paid him in full and have treated him well so I do not understand why he is treating me this way.

They did fine. They did a good job. It was exterior work on a ladder, bees and wasps. So, they met my expectations. I would not classify it as museum quality, but they met my expectations.

 Rick came out when he said the would and got the job done quickly. We had a lot of bad weather that week but as soon as it cleared he got out and got the trim painted and some of it was hard to get to. This was a two story house.

Rick is definitely a skilled painter, but most of all dependable. My wife and I have had problems in the past trying to find freelance painters who would come on time and complete a job professionally. Rick is the best of both worlds, not to mention the speed at which he accomplishes the task at a very fair price. Rick will always be on our contact list. I would recommend Rick!

They were very polite, conscientious, and did an excellent job.

Our situation required my master bedroom to be painted prior to hardwood floors put in. Rick came on a Saturday and painted the master bedroom along with another bedroom and our master bath. He did this all on short notice. His work was excellent, a true professional. We had used another painter for the past 5 years, also on Angies list. Ricks work was of equal quality at a lesser price. His lines were straight as an arrow and no mess! Thanks Rick....we will call on you again!

Rick did a wonderful job painting the chimney and dealt with a steep roof and tall chimney.  He answers all of his phone calls and is very responsive to what his customers need done.  Very knowledgeable and thorough and I felt comfortable speaking with him and his answers to all of my questions.  His prices are very reasonable.  I plan to have Rick come back later this summer and paint the exterior of my house. A job well done!!

Rick and his crew did an outstanding (and fast!) job painting the exterior trim on my house. Truly a master of his craft, I will definitely hire Rick's Painting Service for all my future painting needs.

Rick was by far the most reasonably priced for the job.  He showed up promptly to look at the job and quote me a price.  He did advise me of his schedule ( which was busy ) and also advised me of the weather playing a role into when he could come out to do the job.  I will say Rick does look like a hard working painter.  It did take him about 2 weeks to come out and start, but in the meantime he stayed in contact with me advising me of his timeline.  When he arrived he was on time and completed all of the prep work on the first day.  He cleaned all of the wood, pulled nails, and cocked all the way around.  The second day he was again on time (yay) and painted.  I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for a fair priced and  great painting job.

Rick is a painter that takes pride in his work. He has over 32 years of experience and has seen just about every problem that a home may have when it comes to painting, and know the correct solution to get the job done right the first time. If he was unsure about something, he consulted me about what I would like, and then would give me his advice and explain why he might do something another way, but ultimately it was my choice. Having said that, I always went with Ricks recommendation. I am an older person and have been messed over by contractors before so I am very picky about the job, and what the contractors said he is going to do. Rick went above my expectations, and when we walked through and around the house I didn't find anything Rick had missed, to the contrary, I found a lot of little things that he had done to make the paint job nicer, or increase the longevity of the paint and surface. I will use Rick again, and will recommend him to my friends. He did a super job for us, was courteous, and did what he said he would do. That's rare to find nowadays. My Dad said to me years ago " when you find a good professional hold on to them". We will be holding on to Rick.
