We used The company for 3 years. After the second tenet moved in we had questioned the carpet being cleaned and where the last deposit went to. Fortunetly the tenet had let a sprinkler hit our front door to the point it was rotted out. Property managers said it was rain. We went down to look and see what was going on. We were very lucky as we're 5 hours away and can do this. We found our carpet trashed nail holes everywhere and when I turned the sprinkler system on it flooded the entry way as the door was opened. We found plumbers putty across the door seal and water coming in the door. Tenets had complained before and even after authorizing a contractor to fix it. It took mushrooms growing out of the rotten wood in order to get these guys to do anything. Final cost 750 for new door and replacing carpet will be expensive. If you can get a copy of the lease do absolutely! Check your house. You get pictures of walls every six moths ask for your floors. We ran into a lot of mis information on matnice as the property guy says he has someone then it's him who does the work. Beware this as he is not responsible if he screws up your front door. It's in the contract. Bottom line ask questions. Ask for a copy of the lease your name is on it so better to see than not. We found they were not happy to give it to us. Check your house every time it turns over!! We were told carpets clean and no damages only to be surprised by the condition we found our carpet walls and door in. You get what you pay for here
