NTB Tire & Battery

My first experience was with the tires. After shopping online, I found that NTB had the tires I needed at the best price and in stock. Made an appointment, took the van in. They got it right into the bay and I was in and out in an hour. Later, I took my car in for a rubbing noise on the front right. They gave it a thorough check up and determined that there was no issue with the car. Haven't heard the rubbing noise since. They thought maybe there was a rock or something that fell out while they were inspecting it. Anyway, very pleased they didn't try and take advantage. Have done a couple of oil changes there. Price is great. Made an appointment both times and was in and out in about a half hour. They even did the tire rotation. The front desk guys are friendly and professional and they work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Would recommend to friends and will continue to take my vehicles there.

They did fine. I had no problems. They had tires that I needed. With the tires I purchased the warranty packing where you can do wheel balancing. No issues as far as dealing with the wheel alignment and tire balancing. No problems with brake work as well. Shortly after that we are having a problem with the car kind of vibrating a bit at high speed so I took it back and tire balancing was not done correctly so they went ahead and looked at it and then rechecked tires and redid that and no problem. They repaired it free of charge and I was pleased with that. I asked them whether that would affect the warranty on the tires themselves and they told me that it would not. I would use them again.

Bought four tires that met my needs. The brand was sold as not being made in China, took the employee word on that. The store is new as of Feb 2009 and their ability to with in reason install four tires should be quick. Three hours later the tires were installed and the job was complete. They delivered the car to the front of the store and I left and went home. I just out of a matter of point looked at the tires to see where they are made. CHINA! I have been in sales and one thing you don't do is BS your way through a sale to get the sale.
