Whenever I called he was there, whenever I needed anything.  He's basically a part of my family now, he's very important in many regards.  He almost became my therapist - that's how good he is.  I'm not embellishing anything, he is top of the line and the best I can imagine to work with because of his patience and his willingness to take us anywhere we wanted to go.  In the end, of the 5 deals I inked the last one was the one he recommended.  He saw the things I was looking for, he had been around enough, he had the patience and took the time to get me what I wanted.  In the end, there were some sacrifices I ended up making but for the price and the neighborhood and for what I got I don't think I could be any happier.  I wanted the house to be a little bigger but he kept it a reasonable budget and in a nice area.  That was key - he ended up targeting my priorities right on.  He kept me in a specific area, under a certain price and the house had everything I wanted on the inside.  It wasn't an established neighborhood it was in a decent enough neighborhood.  I inked 5 deals and 4 of them fell through at no fault of his own.  He didn't short change anything. I recommend him to my friends and enemies, too.
