Inspection Time

Aaron and Nicole came out to a prospective home to do the inspection. Can't say enough about their level of detail, professionalism, friendliness and service. They went over many of the things that needed attention when I was on-site with them and included a detailed report as well with photos and videos. We really liked this home and had big plans for the future, but it was simply not a good fit after they found many different urgent issues that were wrong with it. They probably saved us an easy $20,000 in our first year from things that would've needed repair. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend to use their service. Edit: I went with them again for the next home a week later and Daniel came out this time to inspect. Much like my first experience, he was professional, friendly and very thorough. All around solid company who delivers a comprehensive report that's easy to navigate. Save yourself the time of wondering which inspection company will do a good job... you found them.
