The worse property management ever. The owner's main aim is to take you to collections. Your deposit will not be returned, your credit will be ruined and you cannot rent again. Please stay away

Folkerson Property Management is the worst. Run! Do not use Doug Folkerson. If your shower breaks it will take months to fix. The move out inspection lasted less than 10 minutes and one month later we got a bill for $175 in addition to keeping our security deposit. Unlike most people in our town who are military and don't have time to fight his bogus bills, we are staying in the community and have time to fight his charges. They have no staffed office, only a store front with a slot to drop off your rent check. Good luck getting an email response on the first time. HINT: If you want a response email twice back to back (just go to your sent folder on your email and just forward the same exact email again). Calling is pretty much worthless. If you have unlimited cell phone minutes give it a shot but I guarantee you don't have unlimited time to place calls and wait for a response that never comes! Any positive reviews of Doug Folkerson and his management company on this and other websites are fake.
