Bathroom faucet is loud when in use.

Very friendly, professional and concerned about the customer. They were ready to help in any way they can. It was not my first expierence with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

1. first plumber. Sink installation went without incident.
2. second plumber- reinstalled a cracked toilet that was not cracked before. Then showed us it was cracked. When I asked why he did not show us before he installed it, since we did not want a cracked toilet, he said he didn't see the crack until after he had installed it.?? It was a noticeable crack. He then installed the dishwasher. Left before testing it. All of the Styrofoam and everything was still inside. It didn't work. I called the office, and they did sent him back the next day to get it fixed. There was copper tubing from the old dishwasher that we rolled up after he took it out an put it in a basket in the garage. He took it! He did bring it back when we complained.
The office was responsive. The plumber was terrible!

I was in IRAQ. My water heater failed and I ordered one from Lowe's. I mistakenly ordered a LP version instead of a Natural Gas Ver. I searched for a plumber long distance and Lowe's reccommended Cooper & Bright. As soon as they discovered that I had ordered the wrong version they pressed me to buy one of theirs as opposed to one from Lowe's. Their version turned out to be $500 more than Lowe's. I mistakenly thought that by purchasing theirs that the installation fee was included (buyer beware). It was not. When I finally returned from Iraq and inspected the installation, I found a) that in removing the old water heater they did not patch the vent hole that the old vent was removed. It rained in. They hooked the new water heater to a 1/2 feeder line that services the washing machine instead of a 3/4 feed line that was less than 36 inches away. The over pressure line leaks. The gas line was routed though a cabinet instead of behind it. They left debris from their cutting through the roof on top of the house.
