We tried to get someone from C&G out to look at our garage door (that was originally installed by C&G) that has some failing hinges to get an estimate for repair. We were told that a tech would be out on Friday (this was a Tuesday). Friday came and went and no one called or came to our home. Called again on Friday afternoon and was told that "we weren't on the list" and that we would be put on the list for a tech visit on Monday. Monday came and went and no tech showed up and we didn't get a call. Don't do business with C&G, not that you'll get a chance to anyway since they don't show up when they say they will.

Very pleased! Brandon responded promptly when I called for an estimate. He advised that they had quite a few jobs ahead of me but because it was a small job...about an hour's work, he would be able to fit it in relatively soon. The young men who came
to remove and replace the gutter and downspout were extremely nice and professional. They hauled away the old gutter and downspout and cleared away any debris. Very pleasant experience working with Brandon, Chris and Luis!! (Thanks to Chris and Luis for your so appreciated help with the gate latch.) I would absolutely hire this company again and will definitely recommend their services.

Their attention to detail was a little bit lax, which is why I rated them B instead of A in Quality and Overall. However, I will definitely use them again.

Brandon was great, came out, listened, wrote up an estimate. They were to come in 2 weeks, however, due to project taking longer they came in 3 weeks. They did a great job, the work was fast, professional and very fair in price! Loved dealing with the crew and Brandon! I would use them again and again!

Awesome! Brandon was terrific. We played phone tag for awhile... I was out of town... his crew members got sick... bad crazy weather... but in the end well worth the wait. **I highly recommend Cand G Products.** Brandon was very responsive to my calls and worked with me on using my existing rain gutters that I had removed from my house and saved me $$$ !!
He came promptly when I first called and showed me some options for what I wanted to accomplish, which was to reinstall a portion of my old rain gutter over the entry way into my house. He not only gave me time to paint my gutters the color I wanted to match my house trim (which is why I took the gutters down in the first place) and the scupper color he installed matched beautifully (coincidence), but he came and measured and cut my old gutters so I would have the correct lengths.
All calls were promptly returned. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is busy so you may have to wait a bit, but WELL WORTH IT! Brandon came and personally did the work. He had two corners to work with and approx 25 - 30' total to cover. The scuppers shoot the water out into existing plants so you don't see a bunch of water shooting off the end, in lieu of the rain spouts that I took off as well.

They were really good. They were really responsive and showed up on time. Their price was good and they did everything I expected.

The job went very well, they got the gutters installed quickly and the installers were professional. They did high quality work, we haven't had any issues with them since installation.

The estimator was on time and professional. The people who actually performed the work were also professional and did an excellent job of fabricating and attaching the gutter to our house. The whole process took about a half an hour.

I have two antique cars in my garage and they have flat tires. There is very little room between the garage doors and the vehicles. He worked around them. That's what sold me. Although I paid a little more, I didn't have to call a tow truck and go through the expense of moving them out. His competitor wouldn't do it because the vehicles were there. He was a little more expensive but it was worth it. He was awesome. I would absolutely use him again.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I called the company on the morning of the 24th and they came out to do an estimate that afternoon, the estimate included total material cost and tax, which was a nice surprise. The company told me during the estimate told me that the earliest they could do it was the following Monday which worked well for my schedule. The day they came out to repair, they called both my work phone number and my cell phone number to tell me they were on the way.
The estimate for the repair included white garage doors, meaning that I would have to get them painted to match the rest of the house. The repairman actually brought out the same color garage doors to match the house at no extra cost. It took them about 40 minutes to complete the repair and they took all the trash for me. Best part was that they stayed true to their estimate and were extremely fast when they came out to do the repair. I would definately recommend them to anyone.

I have found that when you are in Texas, you have to get used to "Texas Time". That means, it will get done when it gets done. NOT WITH THIS COMPANY! They were FABULOUS! Brandon called me back to set up the estimate very quickly and was out to do the estimate when he said he would. He left a detailed estimate and then had another person bring out a flyer the next day regarding the rain barrels when I asked about them. Further, the contractors were on time to put the gutters in and were very polite and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was imposing on them. The company was running a "drought special" which brought down my total cost and it was so worth it. They even came back for no extra charge to install the rain gutters (made in the USA) I purchased from them! I just hope we get some rain soon so I can use my new gutters!
