He takes him for shots and they work well with them. My son like to take the pets there, he is professional.

They're great.  They love her. I prefer Aztec because if you drop them off for boarding, they can give them bathes and trim his nails and you don't have to take them to another location for that.

I waited almost an hour and a half. They were very busy. They are very good to me. Pretty well. Except the technicians, they are little clinical. Get this done, and get them out, and not playing with the dogs. The doctors are very very knowledgeable. Interacting with them.He is very specific, and takes time in detail to explains in detail what is going on. With a lot of vets you don't get that. Its this is what I am doing, and you don't get all the interactions and all. You get that with this doctor.

I took my dog to the vet because she was acting strange but did not appear to be in pain. I was not sure what the problem could be. I saw Dr. Murry and he diagnosed her with a urinary track infection. Nothing I witnessed would have ever made me think this was the problem; however, after a round of antibiotics she was back to her normal self. I love that this place has walk in appointments. Most every other vet I called was "booked" and would not have been able to have been seen on the same day. My dog is also very anxious and barks hysterically at other animals. The staff was very patient with her loud outburst and the assistants also worked well with her despite her obvious anxiety. Dr. Murry is also trying everything possible to treat her anxiety with natural medications and methods so she does not have to take prescription medication. Their on-site pet supply store is also awesome. It has a variety of items at reasonable prices.

The vet is not pushy. The thing I like the most is that he gives you all of your options. I've been going there for at least 10 years and I wouldn't take my dogs there if I didn't think they would be cared for in a positive manner. They are not as expensive as a lot of other pets in town for most things. At one point I had 7 dogs and I'd take all of my 7 dogs there for shots, nail trims, heart worm prevention for a year and tests. They do things like if you buy your revolution- which is heart worm, flea and tick prevention and it's a topical, if you buy a year's supply worth of it at one time, you pay for 9 then they give you 3 of them for free. They always try and offer something. They are really quick to respond if call and say you have something going on. If you have an appointment, they are very punctual but if you're going to the walk in clinic, it depends on who got there before you. They are very good about time response because if you're supposed to be seen at 9:00, they see their appointments at the appointed time.

The staff was very polite. Our dog was having an allergic reaction. They came to the waiting area, assessed him, and took him back for treatment. Would definitely use again.

I had a microchip installed here, several years ago.
Within a month, my dog had a lump at the injection site.
The lump got bigger, moved down, and eventually looked like it was a seriously infected tumor.
I don't know if the bump-tumor was a coincidence, the dog was allergic to the chip, the chip injection site was not cleaned, or the chip was dirty.
I loved that dog, but could not afford expensive treatment.
The dog quickly died, without a whimper.
I hated to write this review, because Dr. Murray has always been an excellent and caring vet.
All I know is, the assistant installed that chip very quickly, and I don't remember seeing the chip or injection site cleaned.

I went in to see Dr. Murray and everyone there is awesome. Dr. Murray is awesome. He's very friendly and as well as the staff. They're usually very, very busy but they definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible. He was just good about telling me what I really need to do and not do and what I really need to buy and not buy. You might have to wait a little bit to get an appointment but you'll definitely get an appointment.

I used Dr. Murry. I have used them for 40 years. He is a great doctor and takes great care of the pets. If I have a rescue animal he gives a discount. He loves animals more and I know he likes making profits but his primary concern is the animal. Two of my pets and two of my daughter's pets go there for shots and so forth and so on. He is always accommodating and I couldn't ask for anything more. The staff is great and friendly. Since my dog has allergy and since it is re occurring incident with the allergy I buy the serum and it lasts for two or three times a year and he charges $225 for it and depending on the time of the year like right now I take him twice a month and they charge me $5 for the shots and I have to pay for the syringes. Anytime I have a question they answer it. They call when my dog had bad time with his allergies. They call me within a day or two to make sure everything is okay and that is unbelievable.

Aztec Pet Hospital in Harker Heights. We had an appointment a while ago, my Mom uses them more. It's a really good place. I used them twelve years ago. They are pretty reasonable. He is awesome. All around nice people, they are not pushy like other places are. They are awesome.

They are just a good veterinary and they are warm and welcoming. They are familiar with pet care. They give a call a couple of days later to make sure that everything is okay with the pets. I feel the price is reasonable. Dr. Murray is a really good vet. He will come and check on all the patients.

It went just fine. They had to pull one also. The next day we took him back early in the morning for that and that went well. His teeth were all nice and sparkly. Their price is very reasonable.

Overall they are okay. I just think that they should have kept the place tidy and neat. I would still use them again in the future if needed.
