Customer service was great, they explained everything so I understood what was happening and didnâ t push me into anything I didnâ t need or want. My A/C was no longer cooling and they came out, diagnosed it, and had it up and running the same day. Also had a Reme Halo installed, which has helped a ton with my allergies, and a brand new thermostat too! It even has Alexa on it. A/Cs cool, Alexas cool, the guys are coolâ ¦and most importantlyâ ¦I am cool.

I was having issues with my central air not cooling and with Texas heat that's never good. James the technician came and diagnosed the issue in quick time and explained everything clearly. Turned out I needed a good coil cleaning and he did just that! Disassembled, took outdoors to clean and reinstalled everything great! Best of all the unit is running great again and he made sure no mess left behind! Overall fast, efficient and great customer service, would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done!
