The company/Cody promised to cut the trees at the base and then treat the stumps/ root systems to ultimately kill them. I was not home at the time, but it appears that he only cut down the trees; he left a mess around one of the trees as if he got in hurry and had to abruptly leave. Also, he did not treat the roots/ stumps; I had to remove them with some good ole fashion elbow grease. I also had some additional work that needed to be done, but after he was paid, he failed to respond to calls and texts, I wonder why? Very unprofessional; will not use again and will be skeptical of contractors recommended by Angie’s list or any other site going forward.

"Did the best we could it would have been great if you could have been there to make sure you were happy with the job be for we left. Guess there right when they say you can not make everyone happy , but being in the area got us 6 other jobs that people gave us great reviews on so I can not frown down over one bad review from one person. Sorry we let you down sir"

He did an excellent job, for one he did not hit my house and they cleaned very well up after.
