DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We hired them to install a Generac generator in early 2022. After a bunch of missteps, they finally got it installed, but the generator has not worked since installation. Mars has sent a number of different people here to try to fix it, but it still does not work. This is complicated by the fact that Mars has experienced SIGNIFICANT turnover since early 2022 and every time I someone is sent out here, that person is no longer around after a few months. They are now refusing to send an electrician to fix an electrical issue with the generator, claiming it is no longer under warranty. HUH? It hasn't worked properly since being installed. It would have had to work properly for the warranty to even kick in. Just stay far away from them! Any company that has that much turnover has major issues with management, which doesn't speak well for how the business is run.

He worked for a long time on both jobs.  The cat smell is pretty much gone and we've only found a couple of carpet nails still up.  Decent job for the price.  We would use them again.

I was moving from out of state and I wanted to have the carpets cleaned in the new home prior to my belongings being delivered.  The staff at Mars was very accommodating.  Even though my arrival was delayed by two days, they worked with me - a friend gave them access to the house; they kept their appointment as planned and took payment by phone.  They did a very nice job on the carpets.

Thanks to Kevin carpets that we were thinking of removing and putting down wood flooring now look as good as they did when we moved into our house 5 years ago.  This business is professional, respectful of the customers property, on time, reasonably priced and overall awesome.  We are referring them to friends and family.....they have a customer for life or at least the life of our carpet.  That you Mars Carpet Cleaning.

I needed the carpet in a rental property cleaned. The carpet had red kool-aid stains, along with other, unidentifiable stains. Mars got out all of the kool-aid! The tenant must have used bleach in trying to clean up some other stains - Mars tried to re-dye the carpet. Unfortunately, whatever the tenant did make it impossible to re-dye, but I was pleased that they tried. 
Overall, they were a pleasure to deal with. Scheduling was easy, they called when they were on their way, and the carpet looks great.
