I have used Western Exterminating for years. All their employees are courteous and willing to answer any questions you may have. They are always prompt and if they are going to be late which is rare they will call and let you know. Often times they may call and say they are running ahead of schedule to see if you want them to come a little earlier. I would highly reccommend them

have been with this company for many years. dewayne, til, and ed are all very knowledgeable and skilled. this time, on my problem with guinea ants, ed followed up and did a touch up (at no charge), even though i was past the warranty period. great service! also i recommend the sentricon system for truly effective termite control.

We highly recommend them. They are very thorough. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for plus they will come out in between services. The are cognizant of pets. They are extremely professional, polite, and respectful of my home. They are definitely not subcontracted and they are rarely late.

They show when they are supposed to. They do a good job and I don't have any bugs. They are very honest and professional. If they say they are going to be there Tuesday at 1, they are there Tuesday at 1. They are clean, they leave no mess, and they are like family I have known them for so long.

Prompt and professional technician. Answered all questions. Did not try to sell me anything. After the treatment I inquired about quarterly service. The price was fair. He ended up giving me a discount on that days treatment although I wasn't expecting it. I would recommend to my friends and to all Angie's List patrons. Family owned Tarrant County business

It has been excellent. I moved into this house since 1984. There was scorpions and I called them and I have been using them for 24 years since. We also had termite problem and they fixed that at a reasonable rate.
