Walton Vinyl Siding and Trim Repair

I paid a 50% deposit ($900) to Jim Walton. He started the work, but completed perhaps 10-20%, with unprofessional results. He ended up firing all the people he had working for him, had to delay work multiple times because he was undergoing medical treatment, and yelled at me over the phone for commenting that new siding he purchased did not match the old. He also never refunded any of the money I paid to him as he said he would. Please do not hire Walton Siding and Vinyl Trim company. I ended up paying $2,000 to someone else to finish the work.
