They came out the same day I called and had it cut down and hauled off in less than an hour.

It went pretty well. They seemed very knowledagable and were incredibly nice; her husband did the work. They arrived on time and worked until they finished the job. The only issue we have is that we have called them back several times because we have a problem with the sprinkler system after the grass arrived (we didn't purchase the grass from them). I had patches of grass that were being watered, whereas other patches were dying. We weren't sure if we had a sprinkler issue or not, so I wanted them to come out to take a look at it. I called them several times to have them fix it, however, I was never able to set up a time with them so they could come out and look at it. We weren't able to wait since our grass was dying, so we went with another company to fix the issue. The intial interaction was wonderful. The work was good. When I called them back to let them know of an issue I was having, however, I had a difficult time contacting them.

I had a large oak tree fall when we had the "big" snow. The man who we paid to cut it up and remove it completely ripped us off and took our money but didnt complete the job. Jennifer and her husband came out and gave us an estimate then removed the debris plus removed another branch that was hanging on a different tree. They were wonderful and friendly and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for the many other things we need done around the house and yard.
