He explained everything they would do in great detail and gave me more confidence in the company than any others I had reached out to. He worked very well with the insurance company and his communication and responsiveness was excellent. I would definitely use this company again!

They were the most expensive of 3 quotes, but I wanted to hire the best. I don't know if they are the best, time will tell.

This is a long review but I feel like this company deserves the praise I m giving. We hired Texas Direct Roofing and Construction for our leaky Chimney issue we had been battling since we bought our house last year. Chris with TDR came out and checked things out and automatically knew what the problem was and where the leak was coming from and explained why the previous repairs from the other roofing companies had failed. Before hiring TDR we where very skeptical since had hired 3 other roofing companies to fix this issue and failed. All of them tried to fix a major problem by just caulking and sealing around the chimney which was clearly not doing anything to stop the water when it rained from coming in. As soon as I would call them and tell them the fix didn t work they would pretty much stand me up or not return phone calls. We would get so stressed out when it rained because we knew water was coming in and ruining our ceiling. After several quotes we decided to go with TDR because Chris made us feel confident about his work and gave us the best price even being more than half less than other quotes we had received. When he and his team came out they kept me inform about the findings and would even send me pictures on the progress of the repair. Chris went out of his way and replaced/waterproofed more than was initially quoted just because he takes pride in his work. It s been over a month now, have had several inches of rain and wind and the repair has held up great. All I can say is that TDR did an excellent job and far exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be returning customer for any other roofing repairs/replacements.

Overall happy with their work. They came out same day and provided estimate. Started and completed work next day. Was surprised roof repair prices, but their estimate was in line with other work I've had done recently. The work looks good, but will know for sure when it rains again. I will use them again if I have other roofing needs.
