Our A/C went out on July 3 and we spent exhaustive hours trying to contact the installer and service person. After being unable to contact anyone or get a call back, we contacted Sigma in Fort Worth. They were friendly and very helpful. They honestly cared about our situation. They sent a service technician out immediately. Walt, our service technician, also gave us his cell number so that when our part arrived, we could contact him directly. As he promised, when the part arrived after normal business hours on a Friday, we called Walt and he came promptly to our location and fixed our A/C. Great customer service, excellent technicians. We will definitely be calling on their services in the future. Thanks again Sigma!
