Their office called 30 minutes in advance to advise they were in route.  Russell and Richard were punctual and professional. They cleaned up the service area and restored everything to its original state. I liked them so much that I asked for an estimate to do other projects.   These guys were very pleasant to work with and I would recommend them both!

A gentleman named Gabe was the installer that put my water heater in.  It went perfect.  Such a nice guy and his helper, David, did everything in a professional way and even carried off the old, half full, water heater.  They arrived early and stayed till it was done, about 3 hours.  I would recommend them to everyone.  I will for sure use them as my plumber from now on.
Eric was the estimator and he also was great. 

My insurance company originally scheduled another service provider to come out on this claim, but they weren't able to make it to my house until the next day.  Water was leaking through the closet floor into the kitchen ceiling downstairs, causing damage to the sheet rock and nearby light fixture.  Because of the amount of water, I expected the problem to be huge, both costly and time-consuming to repair, and potentially dangerous considering that water was dripping out of the light fixture.  My insurance called Royal Flush instead, and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes.  Their plumber immediately diagnosed a blockage in the condensation drain and was able to correct it within minutes.  I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely use this company in the future.

Sewage was backing up in my shower, tub and toilet of the master bedroom. I called Royal Plumbing and they sent someone out the same day. Justin Garrett arrived at the promised time and figured out almost immediately where the problem was. Within an hour he was finished and everything was draining as it should. I was extremely happy with the quick response to my call and even happier with the speedy diagnosis and correction of it, not to mention the cost- much lower than I had anticipated. Ill definitely use them again, as a matter of fact I already have. The next week I had another problem and the response was just as quick and helpful as before. I highly recommend ths company, especially in an emergency.

Great! I called early in the morning and Chris Woolheater came out the same day. He was very courteous and professional and managed to put together everything that I had taken apart in a matter of a few hours. Work was very well done and Chris cleaned everything up and ensured that all was working properly before he left. I would definitely recommend this company and won't hesitate to call them again when I have a problem.

The leak was found under a bathroom and a it required a hole and tunnel, 4'x15'x4',  to be dug under the slab of the house to the to locate the leak and make repairs. The located under the shower and a PCP joint was replace. The job required 2 days to complete.

Investigation and Installation appointment went as planned. The installing plumbing tech did not write the Model and Serial Number of the installed unit. Sent pictures of the new unit data tag via email and the matter was resolved within a couple of days.

We contacted Royal Flush through American home shield about fixing a broken valve causing a leaky faucet in our tub.  Plumber came out and said he need to get behind the tile and that they do not replace tile.   They charged $250.00 to put a hole in the tile.  Next he replaced the valve.  He used red plastic ( rubber? )  instead of the copper pipes that were there before.  Plumber then informed us that we had to rebuild the framing in the wall.  "put a 2x4 here" was exactly what he told us.    We then hired  a tile guy to fix the hole and rebuild the framing. (  Framing that I can only assume the plumber broke since the pipes were fine before he got to work. )   Plumber came back  came back and installed a new faucet and left.
 He left  before allowing us to inspect his work.  None of the fixtures are secure.   If you so much as start to turn the temperature handle, the faucet and the tub faucet head both move.  I called Royal Flush Plumbing immediately and had the plumber return.  I was told that it was my job to make sure the plumbing pipes  were secure and stabilized. ( WHAT ?!  That is what I hired a plumber to do!! ) 
Lastly the plumber did not adhere the fixtures to the tile.  No caulk around the faucet or the handle base. Again, he gave me a flippant response telling me that was a homeowner's responsibility.  
I took this up the chain  through AHS and was told it was my word against his.  I am disgusted at the lack of professionalism by this company.   
Further, Upon speaking with other plumbers,  I have been told it is 100% the plumber's responsibility to stabilize the pipes. 
Royal Flush Plumbing will take advantage of you and RUIN your home.

Royal Flush was sent by our home warranty company after another company rescheduled the job three times.  Royal Flush responded promptly, came exactly when they said they would, inspected and called in for authorization from the warranty company and ordered the new dispenser prior to leaving.  Called the following day to schedule the return visit to do the installation. Due to a previously scheduled appointment, we requested the following day.  They arrived promptly as promised, did the installation, made sure that everything was working properly and thoroughly cleaned the work area.  The technicians dispatched by Royal Flush were truly polite and professional.  We will most definitely request them in the future for any plumbing needs whether it is through our warranty company or directly...

One plumber came out, and it took about 45 minutes. I do have to have him come out repeatedly to fix the same thing. I don't think i would recommend their service.

Service man was very perfessional

The leak test and the repair were both done within 24 hours, including re-cementing the clean out area.The work was professional and under the expected cost. Preston, the Technician, and Desmond, the Owner, were exceedingly good to work with and left no doubt that I will use Royal Flush again. I had already used them previously with the same excellent results.

I called to schedule the toilet install and was given a window of 8-12. At 11:50 I called to see if they were coming. After being asked my name and being put on hold, then my address and back on hold, I was told that they were running behind and my window would be 12-5. I became suspicious that I had not ever been put on the schedule. I told her that I had to leave at 2:30 to pick up kids from school and my daughter had an appt after school. I was called at 1:00 and told they were are their way. At 2:15 I scrambled to find someone to pick up my kids and had to cancel my daughter's dr's appt. They showed up at 2:45.
Jason that installed the toilet (and his helper) were nice & apologized when I told them I had been waiting all day. Clearly the office girls need some help with scheduling & calling to let customers know when they are running behind.

These guys enjoyed their work and teir employer and company. How refreshing. When you have that combination they do an excellent job and customer is happy and employer is happy knowing customer will be a repeat business. I don't mean to go overboard, but this is so refreshing to see now-a-days. Thank you all

Desmond was very professional and courteous. Jesse the Plummer who did repairs was prompt, on time and did excellent job even with cleanup. This has been the best company I have found and quoted me the best price with warranty. I will definitely use again. Than you Desmond and your great staff.

Difficult to find plumbing services promptly during the weekend. A busy plumber recommended them and someone arrived a couple of hours after the call. This was an extremely difficult cartridge to extract and he did so without charging me ridiculous prices. They got me out of a jam because I ruined the cartridge trying to get it out and the water was shut off. New catridge and shower back to working order.These guys are now on my short list.
