On time - charges were as promised and the guys really new their business.  I thought I would owe 500.00 they got in and out really fast but did quality work

The weather was very cold, yet they were able to do a professional job.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of the work done by RANDLES ELECTRICAL SERVICE and will call them again when we need their services.

They did a good job. They came in with smiling faces and did the work for me. There were no problems. The quality of their work was great. They arrived at the time they said they would be here. I would use them again.

Building inspector wrote up several items that he thought needed correction. He replaced 3 GFIC boxes including one on a boat Dock that needed weather protection. Electrician inspected a sub-panel that the building inspector wrote up as being not to code. The electrician confirmed that the sub-panel was to code.

He showed up on time, neatly dressed, very polite. We talked about the problem I was having, he wrote down what I said, and went right to work.We talked a little while he was working, every time I asked him a question, he would always stop and listen to my question, give me the best answer he could, and then go back to work. I told him that I don't speak electrician, so he always answered me in laymens terms. After the job was completed,he cleaned up (he didn't have much to clean up because he would clean up as he went along) and left.

It went really well. They were on time, they did a good job, and I remember the price being reasonable even though I don?t remember exactly what we spent. Overall, everything was good.

I wasn't very happy with them. They messed up my floors and it took them a couple of tries to get the job done right. I would not hire them again.

The workers for Randall's Electric were on time, pleasant, and had a good sense of humor. One of the guys was very knowledgeable about my home and they completed the work in a timely manner. The bill was mailed out after the service which I wasn t used to and didn t like because it got lost, so that delayed them receiving payment. Even though I was late on my payments they were very good natured about when they received them.

I FOUND OUT ABOUT STEVE BRISCOE FROM A NEIGHBOR WHO HAS USED HIM FOR MINOR ELECTRICAL REPAIRS FOR 14 YEARS. HE WORKS AFTER 5 PM AND ON SATURDAYS. HE WENT TO THE HARDWARE STORE AND PURCHASED THE NEW DOORBELL AND LIGHT KIT FOR ME. (I HAD PURCHASED THE KITCHEN BURNER AND ELEMENT FROM A STOVE PARTS OUTLET AND WAS DREADING INSTALLING THEM ON MY OWN.) THE COST OF THE ITEMS HE PURCHASED AT THE HARDWARE STORE WAS INCLUDED IN THE $140.

THEY WERE VERY AFFORDABLE. THEY WERE NICE TO DEAL WITH.
