PFC CONTRACTING INC

From the very start PFC was above par in all areas. They promptly replied, described the service and procedures in detail after seeing my balcony, kept me informed of their progress and called if they would be delayed. When they poured it I noticed a few flaws and they immediately came back out , said it was not up to their standards and redid it. I was amazed. They used high quality materials and were very professional throughout the process. If other contractors followed suit we would have a perfect world. Not only awesome work but the same quality and professionalism

That is what they specialize in actually. We had never used them before that. That balcony leaked. The guy that performed the job, his name was Will, didn't do the job correctly. He didn't check and make sure it wasn't leaking. It leaked and the roof underneath it was leaking. I didn't figure it out for a year because I was assured that their work was great and you never had any problems with it. I realized there was a problem, but I just didn't realize it was the balcony. They came back and repaired it. They poured the ugliest cement on that balcony that I had ever seen the first time around. They poured that in 107 degree weather. It cracked and it was just ugly. They sprayed retardant on it and mixed the retardant into the cement. When they came back to repair it, what they did was rather than take in the whole section of the cement out so that the lines would all match up, they saw cut out a portion of that cement and re-poured it. Now all the lines are uneven. They have got a really good reputation in Dallas. But they just didn't do that great of a job on my house and I was very dissatisfied with it. Then they sent Will out again. He is a young 25-year-old kid. He is lazy and he doesn't do his job evidently. He doesn't sit out there and make sure it's done right. He probably sits there and texts his friends or something. I just felt like for that amount of money they could have done a better job. The second time I told them I didn't want them dumping their cement on my brand new grass, so they went across the street and dumped their cement on my neighbor's yard. My neighbor and I were not happy about that. If I had to have another balcony done, I wouldn't even do cement. They are supposedly the only ones that do a decent job in Dallas and you can see how their job turned out. I would probably make it out of wood. I probably would not use them again in the future.

They finished on schedule and under their estimate.

THE CONTRACTOR IS ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY DO THEIR JOB AND DO IT RIGHT.
