The showroom was a great starting point as they had nice combinations of shower stalls and tiles interspersed throughout, much better than what you find normally. There are so many different materials that can be used when designing a bathroom that it becomes overwhelming. The employees took a piece of marble I had selected for my vanities and helped me design all the shower tile, decorative trim, shower floor, and the overall bathroom floor. They offered true design support including helping me make color and material choices while sticking to the budget my contractor had given. The ladies helped me put very nice finishes (glass tile) in a limited manner throughout the bathroom to give a very luxurious feel. My bathroom looks very expensive at a fraction of the cost. Marazzi Tile is very good quality overall and there was one tile that did have issues with cracking (it was extremely hard) they gave me more than enough replacements to cover the issues. I appreciate this type of support. The one thing to be careful of (and this applies to almost all tile distributors not just Marazzi) if you order items that you don't use, there is a 20% restocking fee. We ended up not using a lot of glass pieces which was quite expensive in the end. Buying a little at a time and just making a lot of trips might have been the better option for us.
