Initially, we called Morgan Spa to schedule a follow-up service appointment. Their service technician apparently does the work only after his full time job and indicated that he would be in touch to schedule a time, but then never followed up.

We contacted JR Spa Services and got an appointment set up within a few days. The technician, Brad, showed up on time and did an initial review of the motors and pumps. Instead of having to replace both motors, he found that one motor just needed a fuse replaced and the other motor just needed rebuilt bearings (something we had talked about when making the appointment). He performed the work in about an hour.

We will definitely use JR Spa Services again.

They measured and built my new spa cover and it was better than my original.

Our hot tub stopped working after being drained, cleaned and refilled. After a long search for a company who repairs above ground hot tubs, we found JR Spa Service. The company is now located in Hurst, Texas. I was told by another spa company that there are new certification regulations for companies to work on hot tubs and most companies didn't want to go the extra mile to meet the requirements. I scheduled a service call with JR Spa Services to have our hot tub checked. Turns our the heating element for the water had gone out. There was an initial $100.00 service call fee, but was informed that there would not be another service fee if they have to return to install additional parts. During the initial service call, I was given a quote on the cost for the parts before they were ordered. It took about a week for the parts to come in. The service crew returned when promised and made the repairs in very timely manner. Both communications with the main office and the service technicians were very professional and informative. The person at the office even suggested things to check before the service technician came out in an effort to save us the initial service charge. You just don't find companies now days that will be that considerate! We will use JR Spay Services again and highly recommend them.

This was not a good experience and I won't be using, or recommending, them in the future.

No service performed

excellent service ,prompt,reliable. great user friendly new equipment vs 1980 vintage (old equipment). for those with a leaking redwood tub ,I had this one "fiberglassed" some time ago. NO LEAKS.
