The technician was working very aggressively to remove windshied. I was worried, but I told myself , "This is what he does for a living and maybe this is what it requires." When he was done, debris was all over the interior of my car. Scratches were around the windshield and on the hood. There was not a complete seal around the windshield (wind noise). They put several scratches on my dash which will need to be replaced. We are currently in discussions on the damage and I am awaiting their phone call.
