Franklin AC & Heating

Franklin A/C came to check our A/C on March 25th for a service call because the unit was not cooling properly. We found out that the condenser had gone out. They said they would get back to us with several options. On March 27th we received a call and were given a quote for a new outside system, coils and wiring for $2750.00. We made an appointment for Tuesday March 31st at 9:00 AM. Three technicians showed up promptly at 8:20 AM and immediately got to work. The job was completed by 10:00 AM including all clean up and hauling away the old unit and all parts associated with it. The unit works so well that every part of our house stays cool and even at times down right frigid.

I called on a Wednesday to request them to check out my current AC unit that was not cooling. They came on Friday to check the unit and told me that the compressor was not any good any more. They gave me 2 quotes, one for a new AC unit and one for replacing the compressor After researching and asking many questions, I decided on a new unit. They came on Saturday morning with a new unit and had it installed in a few hours and provided me with a warranty. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They are very reasonable, and I use them all the time. They are always responsive and reliable. I feel their charges are reasonable compared to what I get quoted from others.

Sunday morning before 9:00 the co-owner called to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he apologized for not responding on Saturday--he had been out of town for a family event. He quickly replaced the broken part. He did not even charge extra for coming on a weekend. We have used this company for thirty years and have been more than satisfied with their response time and work on everything from routine maintenance to total replacement of our heating and air conditioning systems.

nstalled an new duct system to room that had a poorly designed installation at time of home construction. Installation was quick and provided badly needed airflow to a room that was too hot to use in the summer and too cold in the winter. We have used this firm for many years. We discovered a clogged condensation line on the Sunday before our house was to be previewed by real estate agents as it went on the market. We called Franklin at 7:00 am Monday morning with a plea for help. The work was completed by 8:05 am. We have used this company for many years and have always been pleased with their work.
