Fish Window Cleaning

I had made a deal with Fish to clean my home windows. I wanted to use them because of their excellent ratings, but their quote was substantially higher than several other companies. I was able to get a slight reduction in price if I would wait until they were working in my area the following week. Since they were doing commercial work first, their arrival time could not be determined. One person showed up around 3:30 PM in the afternoon. I asked him where his help was and he said he was the only one. I called the salesperson that had quoted me the job and he said that he had several people call in sick today and could not do anything. This seemed strange to me since they were working on commercial buildings in this area in the morning. It turned out that they just wipe the screens with the cleaning pad that they use for the windows. My wife decided she would wash the screens herself since she wanted the screens really cleaned (soap and water) and there was no way one person could finish a two story house starting at 3:30. The worker was polite and did everything we asked. I felt bad that the company had sent him out without any help since he had just completed his training. He worked until after 6:30 to completely finish the job. I liked the work he did but expected a two man crew to do the windows. This is why I hired Fish over firms that had only one person. Even though my experience was not totally bad, I probably would not use them again because of this. I feel the company shorted me because of the reduced price I had negotiated. This is not a way to get repeat customers.

They were very professional and they did their work quickly. I don?t know with what they cleaned, but my windows have never sparkled so much.
