Quick response, when none of the other possible installers returned multiple calls. My wife took care of the interface and felt comfortable with the installer. As far as value I paid about what I had expected and budgeted. Very clean install, the door looks great and is quiet opening and closing.

FCD came out as soon as possible, removed our old door and installed a beautiful new automatic garage door. The price was much less than expected, and the customer service was outstanding!!

The service technician was thorough and explained in detail the challenges we faced. He came up with a low cost solution and was very upfront and honest about the repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

The tech knows his trade and did the job right unlike the last company and he took time to address my concerns and told me how to prevent the problem in the future which another company didn't. I would prefer the technician use his own ladder instead of mine or at least ask my permission. It was behind another ladder and while putting it away, he knocked my water skiis to the ground that were leaning against the wall. Fortunately they didn't hit anything.

The company was able to send technicians to my parents� house the same day. The management (Tony) disclosed total cost upfront and explained the process. The cost of an insulated garage door was reasonable. I found their service to be professional, courteous, efficient and cost-effective.

Joey from FCD showed up on time and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He also suggested a few more things to do to avoid the same problem recurring. He seemed experienced and was very professional and courteous. He fixed everything in about 2 hours and for a price which was reasonable. For all garage problems, this is the company for me for future!

John, with family Christian doors was wonderful. I had other companies look at the repairs, but John was the most qualified and professional. He was on time, did an excellent job changing my gate from a 25 year old opener to a new opener. Looks great, and he had to almost completely rework the gate. The price was fair and work was high quality. I would recommend this company with the highest regard.

Within minutes of submitting a service magic request for info at 9pm, received a call from FCD, and within minutes had an appointment for noon time the next day. The techs arrived, were extremely professional, and checked out of garage door opener. As I expected, it needed to be replaced. The price they quote me was exactly what they provided me in a previous email, no hidden charges. They had a new opener with them, and it was installed. The new opener is so much better then the original, that I did not mind paying for a new install. Definitely recommend FCD, and will call back for any future garage/opener work.
