Esmeralda's full house cleaning

We have started using Esmeralda's Full House Cleaning around 5 years ago. Initially we had a good experience, consistent quality of cleaning, no issues with scheduling. Within past couple years the service went down the hill so badly to the point that each time we'd get a different crew (not the biggest issue). However, the cleaning crew would not complete cleaning by skipping rooms, crew members would straight up lie in my face that each room was completed while it was not touched at all and the scheduling became a nightmare. They started assessing late fees for late cancellations that is understandable. However, they would purposefully schedule our cleaning outside of our confirmed availability so they can charge us late fees. Furthermore, cleaning fees were raised out of nowhere $50. We all understand inflation. But you never rise fees on your clients 40% more out of nowhere. You do it gradually if you want to retain your clients. We considered switching the company often within past 2 years but we were trying to be understanding. However, the way we were treated within past few months deserves a minus 5-star review. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this cleaning company.

Poorly, we gave them several tries (4) and it was a disappointment each time. We found that the floors did not get cleaned well, many items left not dusted. They would not even move items off of our counters to clean under them.

I love these ladies! They are very professional and very flexible. My schedule has been chaiotic over the past few months and they have been very accommodating with my schedule. The ladies do a fantastic job! Every few weeks I get a new crew of 1 or 2 ladies who come by. All have done a great job. I think having a new crew every few weeks of quality cleaners is actually a great thing because, if one crew accidentally misses a very small detail (doesn't happen often), it is sure to get covered by the next one.

We use Esmeralda once a month and have for over a year. She is reliable, dependable, and offers a good price. Her crews are ALWAYS polite and hard working. They do an excellent job cleaning each and every time! Very impressed with Esmeralda and her service!

Excellent, Esmeralda Cleaning has been cleaning for me for at least a year and their work is excellent. They work very well with me reguarding scheduling. If I need to reschedule they are very accommodating. The ladies that come to clean are very professional and never stop cleaning until they are done. I am grateful and appreciate Esmeralda cleaning so much.
