They did most of the work acceptably. What they did NOT do: pull a permit with the city (this is LAW and also something that the insurance company pays them to do), did not bring the system up to code (this, of course went unnoticed because they didn't pull a permit). Also, they were supposed to replace the connections with new materials and I had it inspected by a friend of mine who is a professional HVAC business owner and he said that they didn't use new materials when hooking it back up (again, something that I had to pay for out of my own pocket). When talking to them afterward about some of the issues, they seemed flip and unrepentant.

CIRCLE J. HEATING AND AIR PERFORMED VERY GOOD WORK. THE WERE VERY PROMPT WITH THEIR WORK AND STEADINESS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RESPONSIBLE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS COMPANY WAS SENT TO OUR HOUSE ON A SERVICE CALL THROUGH OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. THEREFORE, THEIR EXPENSES WERE FIXED ACCORDING TO THE HOME WARRANTY SCHEDULE. HOWEVER, THE COMPANY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT PROMPTLY AND TO OUR SATISFACTION. OUR AIR CONDITIONER WAS WORKING AGAIN WITHIN 30 MINUTES!

DAN FOGLE IS WONDERFUL, HE CAME OUT AND INSTALLED ALL THE UNITS AND COMES BACK ANY TIME NEEDED. HE IS A VERY NICE MAN.
