It was terrible. The store is utterly disorganized and the final quality ranged from excellent on the rocker to unbelievably terrible on the wooden refinishing. On the set, the chair cushion seam already has a 3 inch split, and I've only had it a couple of months. The wooden chair was worse than when they took it away, glue drips, and worst of all they used staples in an antique chair. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.

I USED HIM BECAUSE HE CAME RECOMMENDED AND DOES BEAUTIFUL WORK. BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1956. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE COUCH ONCE IT WAS FINISHED AND DELIVERED. I WOULD USE CHUTE'S AGAIN ANYTIME.
