Ted does a great job from start to finish. We hired him twice because of the 1st house we were going to buy we didn't notice serious problems that he found. Needless to say we bought the second house after learning from the first one and what Ted had to say. He pays attention to detail and explains things in a way that I can understand. He is highly informed from experience in a variety of mechanical and building hands on history of work. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house who needs an inspection. He promptly will call or be there early and delivers a report within reasonable amount of time...with us, a day later! Ted is not afraid of spiders and works in the pouring rain. He found leaks where we didn't realize there would be leaks. He knew that the HAC was put together wrong and pointed out electrical hazards that we wouldn't of noticed ever. He is courteous, quick, to the point, and gets the job done with precise detailed reports with pictures to each description in a pdf file emailed for easy immediate access.
