It went well last time and has been a pleasure so far this time as well.

After failed negotiations with another contractor, my neighbor recommended this contractor for repair of my hail damage. I worked with Seth and he was responsive, on time and he followed through with every expectation set and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I am a very satisfied customer.

CMR is a nationwide firm so had subcontractor teams from all over country in after the hail storm. They kept us informed and did a first-class job replacing our roof and cleaning up before they left.

My wife and I are new homeowners, and we were pretty apprehensive about the process of getting work done on our new home, so we made sure to do our research before picking a contractor. We first met with our representative, Kurt, who gave us an overview on how the process would go. He was very thorough, polite, honest, and was able to answer all of our questions.
Our roof was done first and we were happy with how fast it was completed - they started and finished the same day. After the crew left, I walked around our house to inspect the work and to make sure there weren't any nails or scraps they might have missed. Our lawn was exactly how we left it before they came. Within a couple days, they started on our siding. It's been a couple months since the work was completed and we are still receiving compliments on how great it looks. We took the advice of CMR on trim color choice and cedar shakes, and we're glad we did because it looks beautiful. Once the siding was done, the window crew came out and replaced all of our first floor windows. The windows exceeded our expectations - we are already noticing a difference in our heating bill this year and it made the appearance of our house look even better, both inside and outside. The last thing we had done was our gutters, which went just as smoothly as the rest of the work did.
CMR surpassed our expectations. The communication during the project was excellent, the staff is polite and knowledgeable, and we are so glad we chose CMR for our project. Our house turned out beautiful and we are very satisfied with how everything went from start to finish.

When it was time to start the work, CMR was very professional down to the last detail. The foreman met us, and was on the job supervising the crew every day. The company rep also visited the job frequently. I was dreading the mess and inconvenience based on my previous roofing experiences, but was very pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and effeciently it all went. Our property and landscaping was protected and respected. We had a builder friend of ours inspect the roof, and he was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. The crew was very precise, and our new roof looks beautiful!

The experience went very well. They were very clean and courteous. We were a little unsure when they were going to come because they had a lot to do. They gave us about a days notice. I would recommend them and use them again.
