Horribly. Unprofessional behavior by the owner, Fernando. Picked out granite slab at another location and made arrangements to have Brothers fabricate it. I paid half upfront. Fernando, the owner, came out to my location and hastily took measurements while spending most of his time on his cell phone dealing with other business. I went to the warehouse in Haltom City to discuss exactly how I wanted the granite cut to fit my countertops. I discussed this with a worker who just scribbled some lines on the actual slab. Secretary could not confirm what the scribbled measurements as outlined by Fernando meant. She arranged a date (one week later) to install the countertop. I left messages, as did the general contractor, for Fernando to call back to confirm the measurements. I sent him a detailed sketch of how I wanted it cut. I finally reached Fernando two days before the installation was to occur -- and he had no record of the installation date or that I had come out to the factory plus the sink hadn't been ordered, so the installation was delayed. The workers did arrive on the installation date, although late. The slab had been cut and then turned upside down for the installation -- they claimed that this is how I had discussed it with them. They also did not bring me the extra pieces of slab as I had requested. When I and the general contractor tried to reach Fernando by phone and email, he did not respond. Finally, several days later I called the office and was able to speak with him. He did not apologize and blamed some of the issues on his workers and secretary, and also denied having seen the sketch that I sent him. He promised to drop off the extra pieces of the slab over the weekend, and then never showed. I would NEVER EVER do business with this company again, and would warn anyone from using them.

These people are phenomenal to work with. They were very helpful with suggestions to me and were absolutely professional and neat. The man in charge is Fernando Chavez and he has an amazing talent for granite work. They came exactly on time and installed everything with ease and no mess.
