excellent. Did what we signed up for.

From the very start, Baires Construction was an excellent company to work with. They said they would start the work on a certain date,and lo and behold, they were here on that date. Anthony,the sales person, checked in every day to make sure the work was being done to my satisfaction. The installation of the roof and gutters, as well as the painting, was absolute perfection. Too bad they don't sell cars,or I would buy one of those from them too! I have had the opportunity to use several contractors in my 61 years,and by far, they exceeded my expectations. Thanks for a job well done!!

After interviewing and reviewing the proposals of four roofing companies, chose to go with Baires.  We certainly made the right decision. They were able to complete the work within a very short time frame and did an exceptional job.  We were most impressed with Anthony Moreno the operations manager.  He did an excellent job explaining everything and his follow up was superb.

Overall it went quite well.  The representative was willing to work with us and our insurance company on aspects needed for the re-roofing project.  They gave us the high quality and strength GAF roofing material we wanted and did not attempt to persuade us to use a " bargain" roofing material in a color we did not want, like other contractors did.  The field representative was willing to make the effort to pursue fair price increases, especially on materials, when warranted, from our insurance company when others would not.  The work was delayed by one day due to weather; however, notification was given.  The crew showed up at 7:00 AM and worked until sunset.  They completed the job and next day and once again arrived early.  Upon completion, the work site was cleaned-up and owner roof inspection items were quickly corrected.  We were well pleased by the final results and so were our neighbors.

The job went excellently well. The company came on time as promised and finished on time as promised. No ISSUES at all. The job was completed with an excellent quality job.

We were having a lot of rain at the time. Baires decided to do the entire repair in one day. They arrived early AM on Saturday, and brought a great crew to master the task at hand. They used a number of people In harmony to complete the job. The entire crew did not stop until the job was finished and looked great.  Anthony did a great job of staying on top of anything need to expedite the process. He was there all day until the finish.
Anthony was there with the adjuster to help in anyway to get us the best product and results with insurance company.
I would highly recommend this company to do all of your work!

Anthony from Baires Construction came by one day a few weeks after a hail storm in the DFW area.  He provided us a free roof inspection, during which he told us the roof was significantly damaged.  I was nervous about using Baires because I could not find much about them on the internet (reviews and such).  But I was impressed by Baires since they were actually replacing roofs (doing the work) while most other companies were just selling not actually working.  So I decided to give Baires our business.  Anthony said it would take about 2 weeks after the insurance adjustment to replace the roof.  Baires worked with our Insurance Adjusted to get a fair settlement, and sure enough within two weeks we had a new roof. 
Baires Construction was very fair and professional during the whole process and made it easy to get the work done.  We would definately use them again.

They worked two full days but the firsyt day they worked until 8:30 in the ebvening. Finished by 3:30 the 2nd day. Quick and efficent. Good cleanup. No problems. Have not had the "rain" test yet to make sure there are no leaks.
