Paul came out next day, as scheduled, and promptly identified and fixed the problem. We happened to already have a new heating element, and he was happy to install it. He was very friendly and conscientious, giving the dryer a good clean-out while he had it opened up. Cost of service was reasonable.

Great job! Paul was able to work me in the schedule same day. He took the dryer apart and found a large amount of burnt lint on the heating element. Potentially dangerous if he hadn't found it. He cleaned everything up, and did a little tuning on other components while he was in there. Very nice and professional and reasonably priced as well. I'd recommend to anyone!

A very good experience.  I called to determine an estimate for replacing the defective part.  I previously had another firm provide a quote on replacing the part.  I declined because I thought the price was too high ($500+).   Paul Munoz found the part (on a Saturday) and was at my home within an hour after the call.  He replaced the defective motor in a short time.  I saved over $200.

This past Saturday I noticed that the pushbutton on/off switch on our dishwasher was not functioning.  I called All Brands and talked to Paul, who was busy Saturday but stated that he would call me Monday to check out the problem. On Monday morning, he discovered a broken plastic control panel cover that prevented the switch from working properly. He checked price and availability on the part, quoted a price, and finished the job on Tuesday. Price on the part and the labor was very reasonable.

He was very good. I would give him a little extra high on mark. He did really well and he was quick and inexpensive. He stayed right there. He didn't explain what he was doing. He showed me all the parts that were replaced and I was very happy with them.

Paul was very courteous, professional and prompt. He was able to get to my place the same day as I called. He fixed my issue within an hour and picked up after himself before he left. I would definitely use him again.

When they started working on the microwave they realized it was going to need more work to be fixed.  They let us know it would be cheaper to just buy a new one so that's what we did.

Fridge at my parent's house went out while they were out of the country. A neighbor looking after the house contacted me to let me know things were starting to thaw. I took a look at it myself but was unable to locate the issue. Contacted a few repair companies, All Brand's came the next day. He inspected the fridge and found a bad solder joint for the relay for the compressor on the main circuit board which he replaced. Fridge is still working great 10 months later. Price was a bit high even after the Angie's list discount but I'm sure the part was a big part of it. I was able to repair the old circuit board a few days later by replacing the relay at the cost of a few dollars and a few minutes of my time but this may beyond the scope of work that All Brand's does.

The service person showed up soon after we called.  He was very professional and fixed the problem with our refrigerator quickly.  We were concerned that we might need to buy a new refrigerator, however, that was unnecessary as the problem was easily repaired.  We would recommend Allbrand's Appliance to anyone who wants to repair an appliance and not spend the money to replace an appliance.

I called on Monday and he arrived Tuesday as requested.  Was prompt, friendly and professional.  Very saftisfied with work and price.

I shopped around for a used side by side refridgerator in black and only found three places with what I wanted.  One place was 99% sure the ice maker worked and only had a one month warranty.  I sure wasn't going to buy from them not knowing whether the ice maker worked or not.  The second place had a good price but it was a smaller refridgerator and only a three month warranty. 
Albrand's Applicance had them up and running so you knew they worked and they were very clean compared to the first place we shopped. They also offered delivery for less than the other two and their warranty is for a YEAR!  I hope I never have to use the warranty but it is nice to know it is there.

I have used this company several times for many good reasons. He is respectful of you schedule and able to accomodate your individual needs. The availability is also phenomenal, as most times he can come out that day or the next. The pricing is reasonable and I would highly recommend him. I will certainly continue to use this company in the future.

Excellent. I wasn't home during installation, however, my mother said that Paul Munoz was very friendly, punctual, and was happy with his work. He gave 1 year warranty on the disposal itself, and 30 days on his work.

We asked him if he could do it since we hired him for that. He just didn't seem too anxious to help. It was a pretty big hassle. We had problems with the dishwasher later and he told us to call Lowe's and said it was their problem, not his.

He is excellent. We spent about $850 for everything including the cost for him to come out. He is on time. Our overall experience has been excellent. We would rate him highly and would absolutely continue to use him in the future.
