The man was very nice to deal with from the company. Very pleasant and up right. He was responsive and got back to me as quickly as he could. For the quality, from what I can tell, was done well. My only complaint is that I wish things were done a little faster than it had.

We contracted with Allan Branam for a new roof. Following roof replacement we had a severe water pouring leak. Mr. Branam evaluated the problem, and informed me they forgot to place a piece of roofing over the sky light. The area was repaired. Later we noticed the wall separating from the ceiling, thus we contacted him again. When he arrived at that visit he stated it was not the roof. The condition worsened thus we contacted another contractor and roofer. They repaired for which we paid. When we contacted Mr. Branam regarding the roof he not only told us he would not reimburse us for the roof but that he was no longer providing the 5 year warranty due to the fact that another roofer had fixed the problem. We also contracted with him to pour a driveway and add additional asphalt. It too was done incorrectly. When we met he agreed to re mediate the pour for which I paid for the largest portion of the redo. The asphalt that was re poured was cool mix, not matching the other half of the drive. It looks terrible, is cracking, and crumbling with a rough and surface. When we contacted him regarding the asphalt, he informed us he would take no responsibility for any of the work he performed.

All About Roofing provided an estimate for roof replacement due to hail damage. Once the contract was signed, they were out within about 4 days. Work was completed in one day. A few minor issues required them to come back to fix, but they were prompt in doing so.

It went great! The communication with David Hines before, during, and after the job was excellent. David quoted a price that was extremely competitive, and he also offered to use upgraded shingles on my home for no additional charge. All the other quotes I received wanted to charge extra for upgraded shingles, and moving the whirlybird vents. So All About Roofing offered me the most, and also had the best quoted price.

The crew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. I have done some roofing on my own, and know enough about it to recognize a truly professional job when I see it. The materials were all top quality, and no shortcuts were taken. I was also amazed at the speed of the crew and their attention to detail. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterward, and David made sure that the job was completed to my complete satisfaction before requesting payment.

Shortly after the job we had a good rainstorm and I ran up to the attic to check for leaks. I wasn't expecting any, and found everything up there dry as a bone.

I would highly recommend All About Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. I could not be happier.

Very professional. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We have a large roof, with some added complexities, and they were very careful when replacing it. It took three days, as promised, and they were very careful to keep the area clean - took special precautions to make sure no debris got even near the the pool. We had a roof inspector look at the roof when it was complete, and he found that everything was done perfectly.

We had several roofing companies quote the job, but All About Roofing got our business because they approached the job professionally. The sales person, David Hines, was very responsive, and the owner, Allen was very much involved.
