AFFORDABLE APPLIANCE SERVICE

Washing Machine was fixed. The spin cycle did not work. He fixed that and also fixed the switch that was broken that starts the washer when the lid is closed. He also diagnosed the broken water dispenser on the refrigerator and gave me a price to have it repaired. I will definitely call them!

I had to have 2 additional visits. I ' m waiting for a new water filter. Ruling out a faulty filter. Right now I am using a overide for the filter. I hope the replacement filter fixes the water line problem.

Our clothes dryer was making an awful noise and eventually just stopped.  Called 2 other people to come out before calling Affordable Appliance Service.  I am so glad that we called them.  That was the best experience for appliance repair I have ever experienced.  They knew what the problem was before they got there.  They were able to get the parts and have it running the very next day.  Price was good.  Feeling good about the the people that you are about to give your dollars to is great.  They will be our go to guys for all home repair items!

It was fine. Parts for it are expensive, I understand but it's ridiculous. It seemed like a lot of money for a pretty simple repair but I have nothing to compare it to. The part was an additional cost to the "Big Deal." It was for $125. They did a good job and they were very nice. They came on time.

He did a great job. He came out. He was here for maybe half an hour. He got my dryer diagnosed and fixed and walked out the door. He seemed very knowledgeable. He came in right away and diagnosed that it was the thermostat. My day wasn't inconvenienced. He was able to come in and replace the thermostat. There was a small charge for that. He was very timely. He did exactly what I needed him to do. He came in quickly and cleaned up any mess that he did.

The service turned out good. I didn't have any issues with making an appointment, they were on time. The owner of the company came out, did a good job, told me what was wrong, put in a new part, and it was very good service. There was an extra cost for the part, but it wasn't unreasonable. I appreciated their service, their timeliness, and the explanation was very clear, and made me understand what was wrong.

They did charge me additionally, outside of what I paid for the Big Deal.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THE PHONES WERE ANSWERED. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. THE MAN THAT DID THE REPAIRS WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING.

AFFORDABLE DID A GOOD JOB. THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE ICE-MAKER, BUT THEY BACK OUT IMMEDIATELY AND MADE SURE IT WAS FIXED. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL
