Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The worst company I have ever worked with in my 14 years of living in DFW area. Michelle the business manager is very rude and disrespectful. Speaking over me on the phone, telling me that I owe 675$ balance and they won't send someone out to fix the problem unless I pay them today. Let me express that I would have no problem paying for the work if it was done correctly and that was not the reason I was calling in the first place. There has been 4 tickets opened through my home warranty company. Every time I open a RECALL ticket I am forced to wait 3 days for them to come out and look at it (that is if they show up) At no point is the customer a priority with this company. Like I said this is the worst I have ever worked with and there have been some bad ones.
