This was the third time that I used this plumber. I think that I may have booked with one of their other locations the first two times.
The work was good and lasted less than an hour. Compared to previous times, I felt that their price was out of line, but had nothing to compare it with. After the plumber arrived, I was given a price for him to do the job, but was never given an hourly rate or an itemized cost for parts.

Chris of AAA Augur quickly repaired that leaky shower the AHS guy refused, and replaced a second shower head too. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL, he quickly repaired a very expensive Moen kitchen faucet that was leaking. We were afraid we would have to replace it, and it matched a second faucet at the prep sink. That's why we ditched the American Home Shield policy and went with folks we'd used before.
Chris showed me the parts he used and the ones he replaced, told me I have a 3 month warranty and was altogether a personable and helpful guy. We've used this company for years in our old house and we love them! They are our go-to plumbers!

It was an excellent experience. Eugene came out on a Saturday with no additional fee. He explained their charges upfront and if any reason you do not want their services they will not charge you for the estimate. They also don't charge for any travel fees. Eugene was extremely knowledgeable. He left my home clean and left no supplies behind. He was also professional, courteous, and experienced. AAA Auger also provided me with a 30 day grantee on their services. If there is a blockage within that 30 days they will come and repair for no additional fees.

I thought that the charge was too much for half an hour's work for cleaning out a drain and trap but I didn't argue with him since he was just a worker. I wrote out the check and called the company after the guy left. It is a big company and they called me back later to enquire about the service. I told the girl who had called that the service was great and he did a great job but I just thought that it was way overpriced and that I was overcharged. She asked me as to how much I had been charged and I told her about the charge and what work he had done. She told me that there was an extra charge for getting on the roof. He used a ladder that he had in his truck and he was in and out of here in about 45 minutes. It was very expensive and I will never call them again.

The work went very well. It was about half the price of their competitors. They were polite and did decent work. I would use them again.

They came out the first day to do some work and were very efficient, put down protectors and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They installed the toilets too close to the wall so I called their manager and had them come back out the next day to fix. The second day was completely different. They didn't put down protectors and got dust all over my home, they didn't clean up anything. The toilet leaked and they placed my rug under it to soak it up. Very unprofessional. When they left they wrote an "X" on my garage for some reason? Wouldn't use that company again.
