They were very good. It took a while to get an appointment but they did come, and did a great job. It was not the cheapest around but they did a lot for the money. I thought it was a very good value. I would use them again.

They did a really good and thorough job. I called them back to do more cleaning, but they were busy with the holidays. I would use them again. They are family owned.

Mr. Harper gave me an estimate, in writing, that seemed very fair. He, and his son, arrived on the promised date. They were very polite, efficient, professional, and cleaned up before leaving each day. The job took 2 partial days for the re-stretching and 1/2 day for the cleaning. I needed to reschedule one of the dates and Mr. Harper was very accommodating.
I highly recommend Dale Harper and his company, Restore Tech Services. I will hire him again when I need any carped work done.

I found his information on Angie's List, Called and he made a date to give me an assement. I was pleased with the quote . He made the appointment to come and clean the carpet. Came on time and was very neat, moved furniture out and back after cleaning the carpet. Very pleased.
