B & E Rooter and Small Repair

A day after I called the company requesting service, two plumbers came out to our country home to survey the job. On the day of service the plumbers arrived on time. One worked outside connecting the sewer line and the other worked inside installing the dishwasher. The one outside didn't have all the parts needed and had to drive 13 miles back into town for the parts. The one inside had a difficult time fitting the dishwasher in the custom space provided. After trying to push it in he seemed to realize he had to lower it in order to make it fit. He was going to run an electrical wire through a sharp edged hole when my husband stopped him and advised that would not be acceptable. He then placed a grommet around the hole and finished the installation. The dishwasher still fit very tightly and the door was hard to shut. He adjusted it some and indicated that was the way it would fit.  
Within a few days of receiving the bill I made a visit to the company and paid them in full. 
A short time after the work was completed and the bill was paid, I found the plumber had chipped the edge of my counter laminate while installing the dishwasher. Being of a dark color pattern I had not noticed it before. I did not contact the company and complain. I am sure it was an accident and I was able to color in the chip with a black marker. But the plumber should have advised me when it was chipped. I believe it happened because of the pushing to get the dishwasher into the space.  
While the overall work was done seemingly satisfactorily, I would not use them again because of the price and the difficulty they had completing the job added to the time I was charged. I feel more experienced plumbers could have done the job quicker.
