General Remodeling
Telephone and in store contacts proved to be very difficult until I met employee Roberto Torres. He was very helpful with my several orders. I would call, ask for Roberto, place an order, and he would call as soon as it was in. This year I called to make a couple orders. Robo no longer works there. Each call was met with indifference. Requests for prices and products met with a promise to call me right back. I have never received a call back. I decided to ask for the store manager, not to complain, but to pursue an order. Twice I will told I could not speak to the manager; "he is not here," "I don't know when he is coming in," etc.
