Chris was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the issue as being a stuck switch inside the microwave. After taking it apart and "unsticking" the switch, we now have a working microwave again!

Everything went great. Chris showed up on time and very nice. As he was cleaning out the lint from INSIDE my dryer he showed me what he was doing and explained what could have gone wrong and fast. Because of all the lint buildup (in a 7 year old dryer) the wires that controls the thing that puts out the heat was caked in lint. One of the wires was starting to melt in there and he replaced them for free. He even found a ring that went missing many years ago in there with all that lint!
